The customer, a premium brand, has initiated a development process of three network's key figures (General Managers , Sales Manager and Sellers) in order to expand market share, ensure customer loyalty and maintain his competitive advantage.
A dealers assessment compared to an european and national benchmark and a skills assessment of the three key figures was carried out in the begin of the project .
